Our family of property owners at Silver Sands Vacation Rentals has grown exponentially over the past seven years. We have experienced this growth by working with owners who take pride in their investment and in offering well maintained, beautifully appointed vacation rentals to their guests.

Above all, rental management clients of Silver Sands find the highest level of service on the island, which includes quality control standards that result in fewer damage claims and problem guests. By employing a property inspector on staff and collecting damage deposits, we are able to protect our clients’ properties as though they were our own.

Marketing efforts that include print and online advertising keep occupancy rates at Silver Sands high, providing more predictable income streams, and in 2015 we are launching the Silver Sands Property Guide, an annual, full color guide to our vacation rentals in which all of our clients' properties appear. Best of all, our management fees are among the lowest on the island.
